Grand Terrace Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International, the world's largest service organisation. We are looking for people of any age who want to put a few hours into their own town -- you choose what you help with.
What you would be joining
Food distribution
Every Thursday morning with Inland Harvest, at the Lions Den on Barton Road.
KidSight
Free vision screening for children, with Loma Linda University.
Ronald McDonald House
Pantry drives and cooking breakfast for families staying near their children.
Scouts and young people
Supporting Troop 40 and Pack 242, the Student Speaker contest and the Peace Poster.
Community events
Cars & Coffee, the Blue Mountain Festival, Light Up Grand Terrace and the bike show.
Veterans
The Veterans Wall of Freedom, and the Veterans Day pancake breakfast.
What happens next
- 1.You send the form below, or just turn up to a meeting — both work.
- 2. Somebody gets in touch and answers whatever you want to ask.
- 3. Come along and meet everybody. There is no obligation and nothing to pay to visit.
- 4. If it suits you, a member sponsors you and the club welcomes you in.
